Our purpose is to increase the end strength of the Utah Army National Guard to meet current and projected growth objectives. We will accomplish this through a professional, incentivized recruiting force, working directly with units on referrals and retention initiatives, synchronization of UTARNG messages across multiple electronic platforms, focusing on our local connection to applicants, accountability of referrals through RRB operations, and targeted marketing utilizing RRB assets and product development for social media and web applications.
