HOW TO ENTER

November 25 at The Shoppes at Zion
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at a live broadcast with Planet 105.1

You do not need to be present. The winner will be called and a time will be scheduled to pick up the certificates. If the winner does not comply with the below Rules & Regulations, another entrant will be drawn. 

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and present proper identification to be eligible for this promotion.
  2. Only one entry per person.
  3. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
  4. There will be no cash option offered on the shopping sprees. The shopping sprees are given in gift certificates good at any store located at The Shoppes at Zion.
  5. Entry form must be filled out completely with one name only to be eligible for the drawing. Address stamps and labels are acceptable.
  6. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Shoppes at Zion management team.
  7. The winners of the shopping sprees are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.
  8. The Shoppes at Zion will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
  9. Any entry form that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than the pursuant to these rules is automatically void. In addition, management of

  12. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to The Shoppes at Zion, to use their names, likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  13. The Official Rules, the methods in which the entry forms are used, the way in which the entry forms are drawn, the time or date of the drawing, or any other rule or method relating to the shopping spree giveaways in general may be modified or canceled by Management at any time in its sole discretion.
