2. No cash value.
3. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and present proper identification to be eligible for this promotion.
4. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
5. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Shoppes at Zion management team.
6. The winner of the gift certificate is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, if applicable.
7. The Shoppes at Zion will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants in this giveaway.
8. The winner agrees to have their email added to The Shoppes at Zion email list to receive future sales and promotions. This list is not given or sold to anyone. Don’t worry, we don’t spam!
9. By participating in this promotion, winner hereby gives their permission to The Shoppes at Zion, to use their names, likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
